I think that the best motivation in a sport like bodybuilding,powerlifting,...are the training buddies and all the sport spirit surrounded in the gym that somebody trains. I consider myself lucky to have so many great
people / friends around me with the same spirit and passion.

This year will be very special in terms of competition. There are 8 competitors from my gym, which is an absolute record.....we never had such a numerous team.
 |
| Jure,22 years old only - fitness tall & juniores |
 |
| Miss bikini Laura and Katerina |
 |
| Miss bikini Beatrice |
 |
| My assistant & friend Adil - fitness tall |
 |
| Filip and Ciro - for Ciro will be his first competition - both of them in a fitness small category |
There is another male competitor in the list, who is an absolute training freak. The training volume he can handle is unreal and his progression over the past 3 years is just incredible. Last year he won a fitness small category and the overall fitness title, and it was just his 1st competition !! This year he put another 1-2 kilos of pure muscles on his body....just amazing !!

As you see on the pictures above, there is one guy who will compete for the 1st time this year. His story is so motivating, that can be an idol to all the people who constantly complain about time,genetics,.....bullshit...
He's started training about 2 and a half years ago, and from the initial weight of 130 kilos, he's now at 70 kilos of muscles, such a great inspiration for everyone.

| Ciro before-after transformation |

| Can he ever have imagined to see his abs when he was a fat boy?:) |
I think that powerlifting and bodybuilding go hand in hand in the natural bodybuilding journey. I also competed in powerlifting meets in 2004 and 2005 and I trained a lot of national champions and record holders over the past 10 years, so I can say that I have a lot of ''powerlifting blood'' in my veins:)
The photos below are from a young guy who is an absolute talent in powerlifting and he is only 21 years old. He holds a junior record for a deadlift (285 kg). The other lifts? 230kg of squat and 145kg of bench press....all raw of course.
