The endless question:do it or not to do it?

I've been slinging around to start writing a blog quite a lot of time, but like always in my case, dieting always starts ''moving my brain'':)
My rules of eating & training can be described in a few words: basic movements / flexible dieting / simple ''no broscience/bullshit'' approach, which i also apply on my clients.

I've not decided yet, if I'm going to compete this year. I usually decide it 6 weeks prior to competition.
The year 2014 wasn't perfect in terms of optimal training/nutrition. I have a 9 week period of total ''off training''......reason: I've been building my own gym:) This was also the cause, that I have not gained a lot of weight in the off season, I reached 83 kilos @ 8-10% BF, which is around 3-4 kilos less that i gain usually.
I have started ''easy dieting'' in march (200g protein/350g carbs/60g fat), in the first weeks of april I cut down to 220g P/250g C/50g F. I've just finished my first refeed (3 days @ 3500 kcal). In the beginning, I usually don't do 'em, respectively I start with them later, when my body(and sometimes the scale) tells me I need them.
That's all for my 1st post of the blog. For the end I attach my 2013 photos 1 week out of the IFBB in Koper 2013......this is the level I wanna reach in terms of bodyfat.....if I decide to compete:)

Here ya' soon, with some training logs and preparation updates !!
