Supplements

I've tried several nutritional supplements over a decade, some of 'em are still in my repertuar, the others are in the ''trash can of history'' :)

The supplements that are constant in my daily use are: 
-mutlivitamin / mineral formula
-vitamin C tabs - 3-5g daily doses
-vitamin D tabs - 2500-5000 i.u. daily doses
-omega 3 fatty acids - 6g daily dose
-whey protein powder
-creatine

Occasionally I also use:
-beta alanine (3-4g preworkout dose)
-glucosamine (for joints)
-bcaa (usually on a restrictive diet - 10g preworkout)
-preworkout booster (maybe once a year I buy it for lack of preworkout power/motivation)
-maltodextrin (on a high calorie diet I have always some issues eating a large quantity of carbs day by day)

That's it. I also used fat burners in my first two competitions (2010 & 2011), but recent years I don't use 'em at all......make the diet & training your best fatburner !!
