Pancakes & lifting weights !!

I usually start a day with a later breakfast (around 12-01 PM)......so there I have a little intermittent fasting approach. Usually I have a low carb breakfast (round 400-500 kcal,50-60g carbs), I discovered that I feel less hungry If I don't rise my insulin levels too much in the first part of the day.

Today I made some protein pancakes.....simple mix of a flavoured oatmeal powder,eggs & whey protein.
This is what it looks like a breakfast on diet with a little bit of fantasy in the kitchen !!

The other meals looked like this (corn vaffles + ham; kefir + apples and strawberries; potatoes + lettuce + chicken breasts; + PWO protein shake)----->fitted :)

My current daily intake 
I discovered that I lose fat and feel better on a low fat diet. 60-70% of my food looks like a classic diet plan, the remaining foodstuff is very flexible, so If I am in a mood to eat a piece of chocolate......I fit it in my macros:)

Today I had my lower power workout, I felt quite strong. Basically, it consists of 3 main exercises + some assistence work.
As usual I start my workout with some prehabilitation exercises(foam rolling,mobility,...)
