Loading madness

Today's CODE: 200/600/40 !!

I usually have my carb up days on sunday (my free day of training).....so I have planty of time cooking different types of high carb food. Here are some dishes from today's ''600g carb day'' :)

 Classic diet breakfast (510 kcal-50g protein,65g carbs.24g fiber,4g fat)





''Protein tiramisu'' - Made of 4 wheat biscuits 'sunny bisk',coffee,30g whey protein,200g greek yogurt and 10g cacao powder 


Double lunch - 2 meals (1490 kcal-91g protein,239g carbs,13g fiber,13g fat)
Gratinated pasta - Made of 300g pasta,250g cottage cheese,whole egg,140g egg whites and 400g pelati tomatoes


Double dinner - 2 meals (1540 kcal-84g protein,277g carbs,4g fiber,11g fat)
350g Basmati rice & 240g beef meatloaf....simple...on rice added some curry & soy sauce

.....now I can say that I'm properly carbed-up for tomorrow's hardcore leg workout !!!
