I'm not a particular fan of cardio training in terms of muscle development and fat burning. I use it (on me & my clients) something like a ''spice'' is used on food, so I use it as less as possible. In the journey of the preparation I use it usually in the begining of a ''final cut'' (10-5 weeks out), or if I ''feel late'' in ''cutting''. I do
it like 60-90 minutes per week. I do not racommend doing it more than 45-60 minutes a day (even if your metabolism is very slow)......your body will sooner or later adapt to it and you will make your fat burning process slower that it could be. I always choose to do a low intensity cardio training (120-140 bpm heart rate), so that it doesn't impact on my weight training energy levels.
Today I decided to do a little cardio. I went up a local hill Sabotin, which is located near my hometown Nova Gorica......and I quite enjoyed it !!:)

I forgot....I did this little trip almost on an empty stomach (just drunk some coffee and orange juice in the morning), but not because it has a better ''fat burning effect'' (studies do not show any convincing evidence in this regard), but because I usually don't feel any hunger till 1-2 PM, so I save more food for the second part of the day.
Stay tuned !!!
