For a lot of us (meaning in particular fitness boys and girls) is time of dieting for a summer shape....or even for spring competitions. We all know the tzatziki sauce. Usually you find it in kebab, gyros and other greek dishes. For the addition to chicken breasts is perfect in all the ways.
Here is a simple recipe for a low fat / high protein tzatziki. All you need is:
-one medium cucumber (cc 100-120 g)
-400g 0-2% fat greek yogurt (creamy if possible)
-10g olive oil
-garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
-1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
-paper
-salt

The ingredients The first you have to do is to peel and grate the cucumber. After that, drain all the water from the cucumber (this is very important, otherwise the sauce will be too much fluid)

Grated and drained cucumber Put all the resting ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.

After mixing all the ingredients, you can taste the sauce in order to assess if there is a necessity to add a little bit more of salt,garlic,paper,...
Then, you can put the tzatziki sauce in a plastic container and keep it in a fridge. The real good taste of the sauce will develop in 2-3 hours.
