Last week - Let's start the loading phase

Today (Wednesday) I've started my carb loading for the Sunday's competition. Yesterday I've also started drinking a little bit more (usually I drink around 6 liters/day, now I increased the water to 8-10 liters/day). In
the last competitions I experimented a ''front loading'' approach. I load more carbs earlier in the week, and then decrease them closer to the competition day. Today and tomorrow I will have 500g of carbs, on Friday 400g, Saturday around 300-350g. In this way it is easier to correct fullness / overflowing (bloating). I read this kind of approach in an article of Layne Norton, which I just little modified for my purposes....it works perfect for me. I load only with carbs that do not contain gluten, which makes me little bloating, and makes my stomach feel ''heavy''. I also eliminate lactose and all kind of additives.

My favourite breakfast loading meal:rice for babies :)
....rice for adults:)
Today I also started practicing a little bit more of posing, so I can show my shape in a perfect way on the stage. The condition is very good, I have cc 1,5-2kg more than in 2013, but with the same definition.
Today's night-posing practice @ home

Saturday my friend recorded on a great chest training video, which I made with my client/buddy/training partner Jure. Check out their YouTube channel ''Work TV''.
