Everyday journey lifestyle

My day starts around 9-10 o'clock AM. On a diet for the competition, I do not start my day with a breakfast, but only with a cup of green tea, a lot of water and sometimes some creatine. I use a little intermittent fasting, so I eat my ''breakfast'' around 12-01 PM. This approach helps me a lot to feel less hunger during the day.....I'm practically hungry only when I come home in the evening after work. Usually I eat my special cake ''protein tiramisu'', sometimes protein pancakes or only oats with some whey protein powder. Immediately after breakfast, I prepare all my meals for the work.
Making some sandwiches with raw ham for the post-workout meal
At 3 PM I start working at my gym ''Sport & Fit'' in Gorizia, Italy. After a quick and small meal of some fruits (usually apples, bananas) and a cup of coffee I start my workout, which usually lasts 60-100 minutes. I train with my usual 2-3 training partners, who are (in particular now) very important for a quality training and motivation.

I eat my post-workout meal around 6 PM. Immediately or 20-30 minutes before I finish my workout I usually eat some BCAA's. Then comes the time for some regular work like:checking clients, paper bureaucracy, helping newbies....
Working & eating combo:)
Checking up the posing with a client

I have another ''snack meal'' around 7-8 PM. After cleaning up the gym, I go home(around 10:30 PM). I arrive home quite hungry, so the only thing I see is the food, cooker and a pot:). I eat my last meal around 11:30 PM, which is usually the largest meal of the day (cc 800-1000 kcal).....I don't like falling asleep hungry, so I save a lot of food for the pre-sleep meal.
Cooking veggies
My favourite ''tool'' for baking chicken breasts,potatoes,fish,...
Today's low carb dinner: chicken with avocado and mixed veggies
(I have less carbs these days because of the little carb depleting phase)
Sometimes, a little bit of Ronnie Coleman
is just what you need before you fall asleep
hungry as a wolf:)
Before going to relax in front of TV,laptop,...I usually prepare my breakfast for the next day (or 2 days)
